HS-C hoist, also known as HS-C series hoist, has advanced technology in the form of HS-Z hoist blocks. The HSC hoist is a widely used portable hand-operated lifting machine, ideal for use in open air and without electricity. The HSC chain block is suitable for short distance lifting of small equipment and cargo, and the lifting weight generally does not exceed 100T. The HSC sprocket works by dragging the chain and sprocket, pressing the sprocket and brake base together and rotating together, and then the long tooth shaft drives the blade gear, short tooth and spline gear. In this way, a sprocket mounted on the splined gear drives the chain, thereby steadily lifting the load. Single ratchet friction disc brake, self-braking under load. The ratchet pawl engages with the ratchet under the action of the spring to ensure the safe operation of the brake.
The HSC hoist panel uses advanced electrophoresis technology, which is more beautiful than the traditional blackened panel and is more closely matched with the cover plate. The cover plate of the nameplate and the handwheel are made of 1.5mm material, which is thicker than the general 0.8mm-1.0mm material. The guide wheel is forged in all steel, making our sliders last longer. The compact interior structure is also one of the advantages of our products.
