Lever Hoist
The Lever-hoist, or lever hoist, is an efficient, portable and versatile manual lifting tool. It uses a chain drive system to lift, pull and position heavy loads by means of a human-operated lever. Working Principle
Lever action
When an operator applies a small force through a lever, this force is amplified and transmitted to the pulley block due to the length ratio of the lever and the principle of mechanical advantage.
The length of the lever’s force arm determines the magnification of the force, and a long force arm produces a greater output force.
Pulley Block Transmission
A pulley block further amplifies the force transmitted by the lever by combining multiple pulleys.
Each pulley in a pulley block changes the direction of the force and shares some of the weight, allowing the entire system to lift heavier loads more easily.
Chain drive
Chain is used as a transmission medium to transfer the force from the lever to the pulley block and drive the rotation of the pulley block.
The strength and wear resistance of the chain ensures the stability and reliability of the transmission.
Heavy lifting
When the pulley block rotates, the chain connected to it will drive the hook and the weight up or down.
By controlling the up and down movement of the lever, precise control of the lifting speed and position of the weight can be achieved.
